To the lonely, You are a Friend
To the insecure, You are the One
on whom they can depend
To the dying You are the Saviour
To the lost, You are the Way
You are the Hope of a brighter Future
when everything looks dark and grey
You are Comfort to the widow
You are a Father to the orphaned child
You are the Beginning and the End of time
Through the lies You are the Truth
To the weak You are a Strong Tower
and a safe Refuge
To the fearful You are a Mighty Warrior
A hero that Rescues and Saves
To the weary You are their Rest
pouring upon them Your Matchless Grace
To the confused, You are their Peace
To those bound and imprisoned
You are the Deliverer
who sets the captives free
You are the Healer to those who are suffering
You Provide for those who have nothing
You are Love; Love is who You are
You are Near, and can reach even the most distant heart
To those who are stricken by grief
You are their Joy as you wipe away their tears
You are Life
You are the Breath every soul needs to survive
All that YOU are
can complete me and satisfy my every need
Everything I am and can ever hope to be
I owe it all, to my Saviour, Lord and Friend
