It is time to rejoice and break out of your prison house with a shout and a song. You tried to follow the Lord with every ounce of your energy, but it has not produced the Fruit of the Spirit that you were promised. You have become destitute spiritually and physically trying to obey Me in the flesh. Those who have bowed down to Baal look like they have produced much fruit, and you look empty-handed. But I tell you, you will bring forth an abundant harvest to the Lord. All your family, both spiritual and physical will come into God's kingdom and prosper.
Open up your understanding of My tabernacle (God's dwelling place among men). Spread open the curtains made up of fear and grief, and look upon the residence that I am preparing for you. Now is not the time to draw back and refuse to go on with the Lord. Now is the time to excel in stamina and courage. For you will burst out of these restrictions (imposed by others as you have tried to do right by them) into a place of right living whose source is My Spirit in you, leading and guiding you. No more will the Way seem dark and hidden. Your spiritual children will occupy the promised land by driving out the enemies that have taken over their lives and hearts, and robbed them of the hope of anything better. The most devastated parts of their lives shall be restored as they judge and allow Me to take back what has been robbed and give it to them in wholeness.
Don't be afraid to believe that it can be done, for you shall not be disappointed or ashamed of what the Lord is preparing for you (and you for it). In fact, you will forget all about the shame you now feel, as well as it's cause and confusion, which was brought on by your bowing down to an idol in your youth and adolescence, thinking you were serving the Lord. Once you have seen and acknowledged your unfaithfulness to Me in serving a golden image, you will not have to think about it, or be ashamed of it any more. For I, Jehovah, am your husband still. You chose to be Mine, and I will forgive you and restore you to My household and favor in keeping with My great love and ability to forgive and cleanse and free you from every stain that has marred your beauty. I will buy you back from your captivity, and restore you, and pronounce you clean, and establish you as My Own. You shall rule the earth with Me (have authority over the flesh), for I have called you for this purpose.
Jehovah is calling you back to Him just as a rejected husband would call back his former wife who left him for other men, and was destroyed by her adulteries. God says that if she will acknowledge that her destruction came because of her unfaithfulness to the Truth and Living God, she can be once more made pure, and become His Bride, chosen and beloved.
For a very short time, the Lord says, I have had to turn My back on you, and allow you to reap what you had sowed. But now I will take you up again and restore you with great compassion and tenderness. You had to experience My judgment on what was not of Me, says the Lord. But this is like the judgment of the flood which carried Noah and his family into a totally new area and mode of living. I did not then, and will not now need to send another such judgment upon you. I promise you as I did Noah, that it will not be necessary to do this again. This flood has accomplished my purpose. It has moved you entirely out of the land you were situated in, and put you in a place where you must depend entirely on Me for your very existence.
The mountains of your fears and prejudices will be removed, and even the little hills of your blindness and perversion will fall down, but My kindness, favor, mercy and compassion will never be withdrawn again. And My agreement with you to bring you into the Rest of My salvation (the word in Hebrew is Shalom: meaning, safety, happiness, health, prosperity, being made totally whole) will never be shaken or removed, says the Lord, who loves you with great compassion, tenderness, pity and understanding.
O, you who are still depressed in mind, body and circumstance, and sorely troubled in your spirit, you have not yet repented of your adulteries in serving other gods when you thought you were pleasing Me. When you see and turn away from your other lovers, I will bring you into My Rest, and will begin to rebuild that which has been destroyed by the enemy who deceived you. We will sit down together and take counsel together, and I will begin writing My law in your heart. It will be very pleasing to you. You will love the way I want to express Myself through you. I will open the understanding of your heart (windows of your soul) so that you will see and be able to walk in My light. And I will be the gate-keeper in your life, allowing what I want in, and keeping out that which is not good for you. Your worst destruction will I make into a beautiful and shining jewel. You will be delighted with My will for your life, and will willingly cooperate with Me for the increase in My family. All your offspring shall be instructed and discipled by the Lord Jehovah Himself. And because of this, they will have a great abundance of My Shalom.
You will be established by Me in right doing, justice, virtue, and prosperity. You will withdraw yourself from any fraud, unjust gain, extortion, oppression of others, or any deception. Because of Me, you will not bow down to anyone or anything which threatens you with destruction if you do not participate in their wrong doing. You must not join yourself to any enterprise or person who is deliberately doing wrong to prosper himself. If your companions turn aside from the road that I have made, and follow another pathway, you must refuse to go with them. They will certainly get together against you, and say that they are smarter and more anointed than you are. Whoever has turned aside, and blames you for his misery will be cast down according to My purpose to get him back on the right track. If I have created the skilled craftsman who know how to blow up the fire in the coals, and increase the heat, so that he can bring forth a proper instrument to increase his business; can I not choose out the spoiler to bind up and keep back the increase until it is time for the New Birth?
No apparatus or vessel designed to mould you into its shape by exalting itself over you and saying that you must submit to its authority will ever produce the righteousness and Fruit of the Holy Spirit. And every tongue that rises up against your stand for the truth, you must judge and pronounce wrong. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness and vindication is of Me, says Jehovah.
